Can I return or exchange my order?

No. All sales are final.

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Please review all product details before purchasing.

However, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

While we do not accept returns, we always want to ensure you receive the correct items in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need assistance urgently after placing an order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with scent/texture, or any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds may be issued only in rare cases where a valid order issue is confirmed by our support team.
